Well folks, I did it again... I fell in love with another classic Mustang. This one was the perfect late night internet impulse purchase: a 1966 Fastback 2+2 powered by a straight-6 and automatic! I have big plans for this car, and this video handles a majority of the progress to make it killer!

You can NEVER put too much love into a 6-banger. They have their own full-noise howl of fury and it's as addictive as any V8's scream, except people lift the hood and say 'Damn, why did you leave that 6-pot in there?'....and then you show them and they understand... Nobody expects a six-banger to fly...but they can with the right encouragement, so I'll look forward to seeing what you do to the wee beasty. All the best

I love I6 motors! I've owned so many. I can't wait to see what you do with this. On a side note...... I'm a tow truck driver and most states say a vehicle must be secured with 4 points of contact with the bed and your winch doesn't count as securement. If you put some ratchet straps on the front tires with the chain in the back you're legal and the police/dot will never mess with you. Had to learn that the hard way. Love your work. Keep doing what you do!

Pay shipping and I'll give you my spare Barra tom.. it's a naturally aspirated variant, but not much work required to tickle 1000hp. Would make that mustang a very fun car, even without boost. almost 450lbft of torque with no turbo, stock everything, pump fuel, factory tune.

Your very basic description of how points work in a distributor was fantastic. I have always struggled with understanding how they work, but your explanation made perfect sense. I have a '65 Mustang with a '68 motor (i6) and it was fun to watch you bring this old motor back to life - it's nice to be able to relate sometimes...great work!
