You asked for advice so I had my friend who is a veterinarian look at the video-he didn’t see that the monkey showed any signs of discomfort-so he didn’t know why you thought the baby was in pain-he said it was normal that their stomach bulges after eating because it is very young. He said you should have just let him be still and digest his food-pressing on the stomach or moving the legs isn’t necessary-and perhaps could cause the baby pain-it’s like after you’ve eaten you don’t want to have anyone pressing on your stomach or do exercises. He added that monkeys don’t need to be burped like a human baby-and should have the bottle in sitting position-which is the position they would be in if being nursed by their natural mother. He also said that the diaper shouldn’t be wrapped too tightly around the baby’s stomach-because it wasn’t good for the baby’s internal organs and would be very uncomfortable for the baby since they normally would not be wearing diapers at all. Сомневаюсь, что твоей любви хватит на 25-30 лет. Через год-полтора уже в лес отправится Лаки. А на мусорке появится новая коробка с обезьяной в памперсе и с запиской на английском языке.

What a good mom. Babies need burping and leg exercises. Very attentive. Monkeys also need the clinging and cuddling to feel  safe and secure. What a responsibility bht I'm sure you feel very rewarded by Lucky and his love for you

Ok, this is simple. As humans, what do we burp? We burp gas, or air. What do we fart? We fart gas, or air. Burping is just a release of additional gas. Nothing abnormal.
