In today's video, the challenge is to design on a compact plot of just 5x15 meters, proving that space doesn't have to compromise high-level architecture.
From a fluid ground floor that feels more like a Zen garden, complete with a tree growing in the middle of the kitchen, to the optimization of the private level, culminating in a rooftop that functions as an oasis of duality, with a barbecue area and a contemplative, mystical pavilion!
And of course, two completely different facade proposals in concept, materials, and proportions. One is austere, industrial, and dark; the other warm, natural, and open. Which one would you choose?
