Clinic Director: Yasutaka Mochizuki
For approximately 10 years, I have been involved in the diagnosis and surgery of various diseases, including corneal and retinal diseases, tumors, and glaucoma, at major hospitals such as Kyushu University Hospital. I specialize in retinal and vitreous surgery, and at Kyushu University Hospital, I served as ward chief and outpatient chief, leading medical teams to tackle complex surgical cases. I have also dedicated myself to the development of new treatment methods and clinical research, and as part of this, I obtained a doctoral degree for research on "Evaluating adjunctive surgical procedures during vitrectomy for diabetic macular edema." I have presented my research findings at domestic and international academic conferences, striving to realize better treatments.
