I think I get it. But your audio was mixed up: you are playing one audio track over another when you get to the camera settings explanation. What I think I understand is that, if the meter is giving you f11 and 1/60" for your zone III shadow area, you need to reduce the exposure by 2 stops to send the zone V (that the meter settings would give you) to the desired zone III. So you'd close your aperture from f11 to f22. Correct? But what if you didn't want to increase the depth of field by closing the aperture? Could you instead increase the shutter speed 2 stops from 1/60"  to 1/250" and keep the aperture at f11 to maintain the same depth of field? I'm new to this.
