Regal's wife decision to ban Chris Benoit from her house aged like fine wine

Regals very discreet classy British way of saying "we didnt travel with eachother because our demons enjoyed eachothers company far too much for our good or the good of anyone we cane into contact with."

I always had nothing but respect for William Regal. When he was in the ring, you could always tell that he was the real deal.

Thanks to William Regal’s podcast from years ago, he was finally able to speak on this.

It’s why when you go watch the tribute messages wrestlers left for Chris on raw on his memorial show before it came out what he did you can tell Regal was the only one who kind of knew something shady had happened you can see by his face and how he’s speaking about Chris you can see he knew not everything was as it seemed.

Regals “tribute” to Benoit on the memorial show always haunted me.

He knew.

The sad thing is that Nancy knew it was going to happen. She had told her friends a few months before that if anything happened to her, look at chris.

So grateful that SOMEONE is keeping it real and NOT doing revision history. Obviously the breakup with the first wife must have been very contentious. Good job to Regal. F%&k Benoit's crazy behind.

I'll always remember Regal's comments on the Benoit tribute show. Even on that first day it was obvious he suspected something more was going on.

This was a moment that truly brought the wrestling industry to its knees. I remember thinking “holy shit, WWE might not survive this.” Seeing eve try major news outlet with a graphic of a slain 7 year old with the headline WWE wrestler is the type of shit that can bring down any company.
