This is one of the most under rated channels on YouTube. There's a lot of  wisdom about rifles to be had here.

Good example of bedding. I usually bed my action 3/4 of the front of the action to relieve any pressure off the receiver caused by barrel weight..With great success

I would like to see what it is after you lap and polish the bore. Nathan Foster of terminal ballistics research has very good instructions on this.

I have found 2 other issues that will decrease accuracy in a rifle. The muzzle end and crown if it is damaged will cause flyers,  and the Head Space being loose will also cause flyers

I have recently purchased a sporterized Remington 03a3 in a Monte Carlo stock and fixed 4 Powdered scope and am still getting her figured out.
 Absolutely love this rifle

Pretty awesome results there Tom. As soon as my ammo comes in for the new to me model 70 I recently bought in .300 win mag im going to see where she's at on paper as well. Couldn't find any ammo in a 50 mile radius around me in south central Pa so had to order online. Should be here in a couple weeks
