"Want to be home with my cat.."
That's Metal af

Remember we're all human and there's more than meets the eye.

The guy doing hand farts of Behemoth songs for Behemoth is living his best life

"BLACK Metal is really satanic and they like to burn churches"

Black Metal/Satanist frontman:
I just want to be home with my cat

I feel like the reason so many heavy metal artists are so chill is because they get to release their emotions through their music; leaving room for positivity

Oh so you are Behemoth fan? Fart at least 2 of their songs

Had a kid that listening to nothing but black metal and dressed it through high school, was scared af of him till he came up to me (i was heavily bullied by most the men in my school so I had my guard up right away) and pretty much let me listen to his music with him and talk about it, nicest guy I ever meet, he lost his dad I think,he ended up moving schools sadly

Truth be told, the old mayhem footage, knowing what would happen not long after, is more creepy than wholesome. A lot more.
Abbath is always the best though.

If you ever find yourself lost in the woods, just look around - there is a good chance that you will find a black metal band

Abbath is definitely (and will always be) the
"Jim Carrey of Black Metal".

Any time Fenriz shows up it's going to be a good time. Such a solid guy

The dude onstage who was surprised at the fan approaching him was cool to see, he really kept his composure even though he didn't like the invasion of space. Even gave the dude a hug, that's pretty awesome. The fan was excited as shit and you can tell. Stuff like that can be scary for artists though, e.g. Dimebag Darrell.

My parents were always concerned about me going to metal clubs and the people I was mixing with. I met some of the most generous, non judgmental and down to earth people in that scene who would have given the shirt off their back. In fact when I separated from my girlfriend of seven years and had no where to live, it was a good friend from that same community that gave me a room.

Imagine writing a song against Christianity and call the virgin Marry a "c*nt" and somebody just fart the whole song out.
The fact that these guys are laughing about it is metal AF!!

"Black metal being wholesome"
"So we got really lost at the forest while filming a music video for "Homeboy Satan and Homegirl Satina", and it's really cold since its winter. Then we found this really old church like building, so we burn it to keep us warm."

obviously i didn’t know dead, but just seeing him dancing around outside the cabin was heart warming.

Fenriz is the kinda guy I want to be friends with

Metal musicians on stage: BUUUUUUUUURRRRRRNNNNN!
Metal musicians offstage: HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGG

Imagine you just go up to Nergal and Behemoth and you are like "hey, I am going to shred using only hand farts" and Nergal is like "of course, let me record your sick skills fellow musician"

Gaahl has such dark elf energy
