This house is meant for someone who isn’t just another tourist but who really wants and appreciates Italian history and culture. 10 minutes from the most beautiful beach on the Ionian Sea, Lido Sambioso. For someone who wants to immerse into the historic center and learn what it feels like to live the authentic Italian life. This house is unique because it doesn’t look like most of the remodeled houses, so modern it looks like you are in the U. S. or Britain.

Amazing offering. Very well laid out and charming, both modern and character.

What a unique and absolutely beautiful home. I love how the kitchen flows onto the deck and how private it is. The only downside seems to be a lack of storage but maybe that was missed in the video. This will be a wonderful home for a lucky buyer!

Beautiful and well layed out property. The price is very reasonable considering it is fully furnished.

Very professional review. You are authentic and really likeable. Keep up the good work. One constructive remark: You're English is really advanced. however 3:14 You say a fully equipped kitchen with anything you need. It would be better if swapped anything with everything you could need. Very small change.
