So excited that you're discovering Alanis! This whole album is absolute fire. Her MTV unplugged show is also worth checking out! Love your reactions and insights ✌🏼💜🎶

You should definitely check out the original album version of “You Oughta Know”. It’s a harder rock song and a different vibe, more angry compared to this version which is more sad

Alanis has one of the most effortlessly amazing voices in music. She has so much talent and control over her instrument. Her live performances are astonishing

She was 18/19 years old when she wrote these songs. Such an old soul. So wise so young. I’ve seen her twice in concert. Please see her live, it’s an experience you won’t forget. Always amazing. So much love for her. ❤❤❤❤❤

and YES about her phrasing - no one else does it like her.

Thanks so much. Alanis is unmatched in her vocal ability imo. I even just saw her live last year and it was still phenomenal.

Uninvited live at the Grammys is amazing, as is any live performance of That I Would be Good.
Alanis has an AMAZING voice.
Also, i think you would like Thank You.
Side note: if you've not seen Blues Traveler perform Hook live at Howard Stern's birthday you're missing out!

She's fabulous... we're going to see her in her residency in Las Vegas - can't wait!!

I saw her live in concert last summer. She is just as great live nearly 30 years after this album came out in 1995. She really has talent!

I'm a big fan of hers and these are just exceptional performances. Thank you so much for highlighting them!

Your understanding of the art of the delivery of music and lyrics is incredible. It is so nice to hear another human speak the words that are inside my head and to 'get' what the artist is 'getting' at. So glad I found you. Subscribed ❤

Alanis' Jagged Little Pill album was a huge mid 90s success. Bro, now you have to do The Warning's cover of You Oughta Know live at Sirius XM studios, it's fire!

Alanis.❤

Alanis has a ine of a kind voice and amazing lyrics. She sounds just a good, if not a little better, than she did 30 years ago.

Please also react to Alanis performing "Uninvited" at the 1999 grammy's ❤

It’s awesome to see you react to these cut down versions of the songs, yet I hope you take the time to listen to the full instrumental version as well (be it on your own time, or as a reaction would be cool too. )
