Then on eBay after searching you get the annoying offers from everyone that has the same item

On eBay since 1999. Thank you for this common sense video. You are 100% on target. eBay is hobbling its prime asset: sellers. We ARE their true core customers and their in-kind providers. We stock their shelves. Support us and unleash us. Our successes are YOUR successes, eBay. Their "death by a 1000s cuts" approach to gleaning the last drop of revenue from us defeats their long term prospects and profits. eBay is losing their grip on simple sellers, and our loyalty. Facebook is imperfect, as is Vinted or Whatnot, but they are viable alternative and parallel platforms.  I would much prefer remaining with eBay than venturing into crosslisting etc. However, I feel punished by eBay, not supported. Stop taking us for granted.

Brother, I seriously hope somebody at eBay watches this video because you are giving them absolutely honest advice they can use to improve their app and seller community.

eBay is done. They won’t pivot. As a 25 year seller, we might as well start calling them “GameStop.” For years eBay has moved in the exact wrong directions. They have become a greedy landlord who produces nothing. There is no honor among thieves on eBay.  Mutiny is abound.

Hope someone at eBay is watching this video

Careful Justin. If you keep smack talking eBay they might stalk and harass you.

There’s a weird problem with marketplace. I get caught in an endless loop of messaging, haggling and flakes. It’s a strange phenomenon. Like people are only there for human interaction or to get the feeling of buying without actually doing it.

Ebay fees are ridiculous

They’re on scammers side more and not the seller side. Charging fees on shipping and taxes is crazy.

Ebay will NEVER put the seller first.  The ebay stores suck, the search engine is not reliable, much of the features are outdated, etc.  They are of the old mindset assuming they will never be toppled.  Sears and Kmart come to mind.  They thought they were King.  If ebay doesn't wake up and evolve, they will be extinct.

eBay fees are pushing sellers away

Most sellers I know have a love-hate relationship with eBay because of all the reasons you mentioned in this video. If any other platform could come close but also focus on the seller, I believe there would be an exodus.

I sold $2700 worth of items last month and eBay took over $700,worse then the government

I sold some stuff on eBay recently, and I hadn't done that for years. I thought I did pretty good and I was kind of excited, that is until I saw the money that landed in my bank account. I thought to myself wait a second it should be more than this. And then when I saw the fees breakdown, it wasn't worth it at all. I'll buy off of ebay, if I need to, but I'll be damned if I ever sell anything on there again

I wish eBay would watch this and actually listen to what you're saying.. thanks mate for calling it out🙏 I really don't want to use Facebook... 😢

Justin was cooking on this one.

Facebook randomly permanently banned sellers out of nowhere and does not give any explanation or little to none leaving you empty-handed

I hate ebay, I really hope they get dethroned.

Haha eBay doesn’t care about sellers and they deserve to go down. They are treating sellers like an investment business they bought to flip and milk dry of every penny they can.

I am so so ready to leave Ebay after nearly 10 years...they are so disappointing...i was selling like 10 items a day now i am lucky to get one....terrible all of this happened since they moved to promoted selling.. i hope they are sold
