18:30 Lacrimosa is the VII movement of the Requiem Mass by Mozart.

16:00 This is a generalization and not applicable to everyone of course, but my experience with the "Southern hospitality" and the "New York attitude" are precisely the opposite:
- Southern hospitality: A charming facade for people who wouldn't move a finger while you are having a heart attack on the street. You may get a "bless your heart" if you are lucky.
- New York attitude: The whole community will help you while insulting you, themselves, the city, and everybody and everything.

Polite people being rude and rude people being polite.

It is somehow similar to how different ICE has worked in different places, with ICE having to leave NYC because random people just pulled up to stop arrests of people they didn't even know. Meanwhile in the south, they would be cheering for ICE.
