Excerpts follow but read Revelation chapters 21 & 22
1. "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. "2. "And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband."
14. "Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city"
Somewhere I heard some preacher on the internet claiming the city of New Jerusalem as recorded here is not an actual City but a metaphor because the size of the city is could not possibly fit on the Earth as we know it.
I don't know how they missed the telling of the new Heaven and a new Earth
There are too many preachers that have no idea what they're talking about is what I would say
