You saying, "I made a thing," is like Michelangelo saying "I painted a ceiling."  LOVE this, Jibid!  That safety pin is GENIUS!

Oh goodness, Layers upon layers of paper and tape. It don’t get no better. ❤

Your ability to convert the mundane into things w such a patina of time and wear is just remarkable! I’ve latched onto several techniques to add to my repertoire. My great-grandfather had this little nook in his workshop with an old desk, cigar boxes w tempting corners and bits sticking out, one of those sharp spindles with receipts, etc. stacked on. I was always beguiled by it all but it was strictly off-limits to us kids. I imagine I might have found something like this in one of the drawers, as well as some arcane office supplies.  Glad to learn that those things are called treasury tags in the UK, saw a lot of them on clothing tags several decades ago. I actually found some old folders in a dumpster with the long steel fastener at the top to hold sheets of paper w two round holes and saved them when I cut up the folders so I’ll be seeing what I can do with them, inspired by your project. Thanks for all you bring to the world.!

Oh still SO amazing years later!!!

Hello Jibid thanks so much for sharing these gorgeous pieces of paper art! They really do look like they've been around for many years... your technique of aging them is quite lovely.  I was taken down memory lane with your comments of ''The doctors notes'' they were so intriguing weren't they 😊🌿

aged beautifully Jibid...I could almost smell the old papers I found while working at clearing out some ancient papers when working in a bank ⏳

Lovely to see you back Jibid! 🥰

These are aged to perfection! I remember the old doctor files in the US as well, always wondered what was in them cause you could never read their writing! Marvelous ideas, thanks so much for the inspiration. I was so excited to see a video from you!

Oh happy day.....a Jibid tutorial. My heart just sang when I saw it. So thrilled as well to see the Sample ledger paper in full view. I am amazed you have any left. Those brown envelopes always fascinated me too. Just utterly yummy.xx

So wonderful to be with you crafting again Jibid.  Never had thought to deconstruct a safety pin to make it work right! Thanks for sharing!

As always you have created something too amazing for words. I need about 100 different emojis and memes to convey my level of "oh wow" at seeing this. Thank you so much for sharing this.
