One would never know that LeBron was facing elimination based on how he played...or you would have to conclude he didn't care.
Now that the NBA Finals are over let’s get back to exposing LeBron and his excuses. I already released the fourth quarter, here is the third.
A 31 minute breakdown of the 3rd period of game 4 of the 2026 matchup between the Lakers and Thunder. This time I get a little more specific by comparing the performances of other Lakers in direct contrast to what LeBron "brought to the table.'
Remember, he "left it all on the floor."

If I were a role player, in the NBA, my contract would have a trade stipulation that says I cannot be traded to a team that LeBron is on and also, if LeBron joins my team that I'm to be traded immediately

It’s honestly insane and just a few minutes ago I was reading a comment of somebody praising LeBron for “doing what he’s doing” at 41 years old, which basically means either he was insulting him because he barely does something on the court or I don’t know what basketball he’s watching because this stuff you can do it at 51 or 61 or 71 just plant your feet and walk around the court it doesn’t take much effort

Not a single word about how solid Rui Hachimura was this series from the LeMedia. Correct me if Im wrong, but Rui in all 4 games shot 50% FG or better, shot less than 20 shots, scored 20+ PPG, and did it on less than 10 FTA. Efficiency all around

Edit: Okay I checked it myself and correction, there are 2 excpetions only to the 20+ PPG criteria for this to hold true. In Game 1, Rui scored 18 pts not 20 on 7/13 FG shooting. And in Game 2, Rui had 16 pts, on 6/10 shooting so 60% from the field. Maximum efficiency

OMG!! I’ve never seen a player at the 40 year mark ever perform at a high level carrying a team into the playoffs. The turnovers, the missed free throws, the mishandling of the ball, the easy 3’ buckets, the immaturity on and off the court, the robbing of teammates rebounds, the blown defensive assignments, the childish handshakes.. mmwa Chefs kiss. Total perfection!!!

Im struggling with "carrying a team.." What defines "carrying".? Especially this season or in playoffs. Rockets, no KD and 5th seed, then OKC swept them next round. What points to this being a high light as the carrier or leader. This year should be an indicator that no, he indeed can't carry a team. Its mind numbing to hear this man speak.

I'm convinced he didn't try on purpose and they still made the playoffs. So he phones it in again to sabotage the team, so that he could make a case for what little talent the team has despite "carrying" them to the playoffs.

I also believe Luka sat out on purpose but I could be wrong. It's funny to see how much Luka has treated Lebron, the way Lebron treats all the teammates that "he makes better".
