John, I replicated your miter shooting board and it works beautifully. Everything else I’ve tried has failed but this works because it shows you when things are not square and where corrections are needed. Thanks

what stops the plane biting into the shooting board?

Nice design. Less complex than all the other ones I've seen on YT. Seems the "kiss" principle always works better.

Hey John. Love your channel. I’m so grateful for the way you explain things in very easy to understand ways. Also, I’m in Australia so glad that you reference metric measurements. Keep up the great work!

Hi John, Great project to do and you made it look simple. You mentioned some of your other shooting boards. Can you send me the episode and the date it was posted?

Keep up with your high-production values!

Stay Safe,

Great post John. I have been using a ramp for mitres for some years but I knocked this up after seeing video and it has worked a treat, thank you

Possibly more of a general shooting board question, but how do you prevent the plane blade removing material from the board edge? Imagine this would eventually bring it out of square.
