I still have my Nikon D750 since its release in 2014. Best gift i ever received from my then Fiance now my wife. I still have with it the nikkors 14-24mm, 24-70mm, and 70-200mm -what we call back then the nikon trinity lenses. with almost 60,000 shutter counts it still perform very well. even though i now switched to a Sony a7IV with its own trinity lenses, i kept the D750 because it was a gift and have sentimental value.

I have moved to mirrorless at all levels. I use a Nikon F5 for everyday use and a Nikon 8 for professional jobs. However, just in case, I bought a Nikon 850 as a backup in case the mirrorless fails.

I got 11 F-Mount lenses...so YEAH... the Nikon D780 will be my next camera.

I have Nikon D7200s.  Mostly photograph birds, still and flying.  It's a crop camera.  One has a 55 - 300mm lens.  I get 450mm focal length equivalent in 35mm film.  One D7200 has a 500m prime lens.  I get 750mm focal length equivalent in 35mm film and one has a 200 - 500mm lens (also 750mm focal length) I use as a backup because it is really too heavy for me to lug or use for any length of time but it takes great photos.  I also have a Nikon Z6 mirrorless with a 600mm prime and a Z8 I have yet to use.  Guess which one is the best for me?  I'm an old lady.  The D7200 with the 500mm prime because it is a light weight pairing, I have small hands and it gives me distance.  Didn't even mention my Panasonic point and shoot DMC-FZ150 that takes better macro than any other camera I have ever owned and have had for 14 years?  I never do video and never use my camera phone.  Point is, the best camera is the one you use the most without changing lenses.

Когда-то давно (в 2014 году, если не ошибаюсь) я мог купить Nikon d500, но побоялся габаритов комплекта, тк хотел камеру для путешествий. В итоге, взял Olympus om-d e-m10.
В мае этого года я купил для коллекции  и обучения Nikon d200 и объективы Nikon 50 mm f/1.4D AF Nikkor + Nikon 70-210mm f/4. Думаю позже купить d700. D850 для меня дорого и не вижу особого смысла. Лучше куплю Z5 mark 2, если появятся свободные деньги.
Сейчас основная камера у меня - это Fujifilm X-H1

Apenas 39 pontos de foco, live view ruim e sem estabilizador, o que exige que haja um fotógrafo que domine ao menos o básico. Junto isso à uma lente de 30 anos.

Minha D610 de 2013 e uma 80-200mm 2.8 D me fazem muito feliz hoje, seja pelo excelente custo-benefício ou pelos resultados que entrega.

Same for same, DSLR and mirrorless can produce the same image quality.

If your DSLR is doing what you want, you may gain nothing from mirrorless.

I prefer mirrorless.  It can do things my DSLR could not do, can never do and I want.

Here are some of those things.  They may or may not matter to you.
1. Of course second hand DSLRs and their lenses are cheaper than new mirrorless.  That should change over time.  When more second hand mirrorless enter the market of course they too will be cheaper than new DSLRS and mirrorless.  Second hand mirrored prices will then plunge.  Make sure you can get a mirrored to mirrorless lens adapter and keep your lenses.
2. Same for same, new mirrorless bodies are cheaper, smaller and lighter than new DSLRs.
3. Same for same, new FF mirrorless lenses can be cheaper than new mirrored APS-C lenses!
4. Mirrorless can easily use F4 / F5.6 / F11 max aperture because of the EVF.  That makes mirrorless lenses cheaper and lighter again.
5. Bokeh does not require F1.8 50mm and FF.  Many other ways to do it, including software!  
6. OVF may need F1.8 etc when in low light.  Mirrorless EVF does not.
6. EVF is 'what you see is what you get'.  Just look through one and watch the image change as you apply exposure correction.
7. The BIG one is mirrorless can be way more responsive that mirrored.  ie Focus, focus tracking and frames per second.  Even the low priced R50 (which has the R6 series systems) can do 4fps or more when your DSLR may freeze up.  Been there, done that.
8. If buying new, you'll probably get more bang for your buck by going for mirrorless.

Ik bezit de D70  - D800 - D850 en startte vanaf 1980 met de Minolta SRT101 en de D7 , al deze toestellen werken nog allemaal zonder enig probleem. Zelf een batterij van de Nikon D4S,  gebruikt als extra batterijgrip voor de D850 is nog steeds actief
