It's always wonderful to be able to visit parents when possible. I am a Ukrainian and my wife is Moldovan so our culture is very close to yours. My wife's parents also have chickens and a good size garden for planting vegetables. My father in law also had sheep's, cows but now they only have chickens. It's great to visit them since they live close by.
