Don't quit on your rights to own firearms!!! I'm brazilian, and we lost that right a few years back!! We're trying to get our right back, but it's not easy!!!

Tactical Kermit

I love the old school front sight ...more durable...

In the Marines I didn't have a free float rail. I always qualified rifle expert with it. We had to shoot at targets out to 500 yards with iron sights. So when I came home and bought a cheap PSA and threw a red dot on it, I never had accuracy issues, if anything it was easier to shoot. Then again, it all depends on what one is trying to do. If my sole focus was accuracy/printing groups... I'd have a free floated heavy stainless bull barrel. But I actually use my rifle for work, a duty/patrol rifle. The 2.5 MOA I get out of it is more than enough for all realistic scenarios. I don't see myself popping grapes past 300 yards. As the video heavily implied, what wins fights won't be MOA, at least not when both rifles are capable of hitting a man.

Being a Marine I prefer the A2 type iron sights because it is what I'm most used to. However, nowadays I run Eotech 512's with Magpul flip up rear sight, but that A2 front sight remains the same.

Dude who hired Marvin the Martian 😂

Every damn word of this is pure wisdom.

This rant just validated my recent purchase of a milspec upper with fixed front sight and moe hand guard so hard.

Thank you so much for your advise!!  I just build  my Palmetto State Armory Freedom rifle for less than 300 dollars, I was thinking about updating the handguard to a freefloat that cost 200 dollars, but you are totally right i just went to the store and bought a Magpul handguard for 30 dollars so I can attach a pistol grip, now I actually have money for ammo and my rifle is much lighter

Fellow marine grunt here. Believe it or not, just got my first ar after 3 years of being out (what a time to purchase firearms, right?) Took her out to the range to zero and realized how garbage my shot groups are. Even with thousands of hours of training, it's  important to keep on it. I was thinking about buying these buttstocks and triggers and other upgrades you see people talking about, but this vid helps puts it in perspective. I need to focus more on equipment and even more firearms that will likely become illegal within the next year or so (I hope I'm wrong). Priorities, priorities, priorities folks.

I'm 45 years old and have owned several Ar15 rifles but they just sat in the safe. Now I am working on getting a good, basic rifle and I am going to learn how to use it properly. I might be getting older but I still have the desire to protect what's mine and that's freedom. Everyone that I have talked to, combat veterans for the most part, tell me to get my rifle, learn the fundamentals and practice hitting targets at different distances with the irons, then get a good red dot or lpvo and learn that as well. Learning the rifle and how to properly use it is #1 for me. Magazines, ammo  and a sling are my first priorities.

Hint: play this at 1.75 speed to account for slow speech problem

just came across this... he's not wrong folks....

Training is KEY y’all…… equipment is a quarter of the equation….. if u don’t have the basic fundamentals of shooting then you are just buying all that fancy stuff for somebody else. Facts…….

This vid is still relevant to this day.

Thanks for the video man 💜

My brother-in-law sent me this video. I just downloaded it so I can watch it again. Good tips. Thank you brother

I wish you the best my brother!

Damn, I’m glad you and I are on the same team. My first and only AR is free floated. Pricey setup as well, but thinking about grabbing up another on the cheap, gunna keep it mostly stock.

GREAT vid. I wish more people would put this info into practice. I believe physical fitness is key to ones combat effectiveness.

And yeah you’re right nobody was paying attention at the end busy lookin at your slings
