One thing, I noted: I don't think you can actually convert the glory tokens to other resources. I think you can only spend it in place of another resource when there's a spending opportunity. This would really only matter for dilithium where sometimes you'll have to spend a glory token to cover a 1 dilithium cost and you won't receive "change" for the overspend.
