My partner used to work for waganamas and he says the cleanliness back of House is impeccable. They take the air vent grills down EVERY NIGHT and clean them thoroughly. they also really look after their staff and the tips are shared equally based on the hours you work.

Hi Hannah, Just wanted to compliment you on your manners and general all round class, you are a great ambassador for this country, thank you for putting a nice image of what England and its citizens can be like. Good luck with everything you do.

I always think your reviews are very fair and balanced, Hannah. People don’t realize how much impact a negative review can cause. If it’s deserved, fair enough. But there are quite a few people who just have a bad day and slag off a business without a second thought. You always have good reasons for any complaints, and you are very understanding and fair, so I take your opinions very seriously! Thanks for another fun video!

Your food reviews aren't rubbish, they're very informative and entertaining.

Interesting that you received a call from Nobu, after your unpleasant experience. Slightly impressed that they called, but, the negative service and food can’t be undone. Yay Hannah, for not returning! ❤🇨🇦

I don't understand why this lovely young lady doesn't have millions of followers with her very entertaining, honest and witty episodes. More power to you Hannah ❤

Hannah your videos both restaurant and hotels are some of the best on YouTube. Honest, witty and truthful. Thank you for posting my wife and I look forward to them.

Hi Hannah I"m a 73 year old retired nurse from  New Jersey and I love your videos! So enjoyable.

The reason I like your videos so much I think is your ethics. Keep holding hospitality to account, it’s valuable.

Hey Hannah! As an ex waga employee i feel i need to correct you on the "katsu curry" but with all my heart❤ katsu means "breadcrumbs" katsu chicken is just the way to prepare the chicken. The curry can be anything but in waga its omm this sort of green curry .. I always had amai or teryaki sauce instead😅 lots of love from London❤❤❤

‘I am not exactly going to be running down the canal telling people about it’ 😂. The thing I so love about you and your videos is how quintessential British you are.  Such a pleasure to watch!!

Katsu is popular probably because it's simple and filling. Mild Japanese style sweet curry sauce, breaded chicken and a largish portion of rice. It's comfort spoon food that appeals to many people.

I love the fact you give real opinions and real life facts about the restaurants and area.

To stop your purse shredding, place a small dot of invisible glue under the loose piece and press it til it dries. You may want to trim the rough ends first.

Being in London, Wagamama was always a solid standard for me and my father. Yes, it is casual dining, nothing more, nothing less, but was also a nice place for a decent Ramen, before it was hyped everywhere.

Really echoing the comments about your politeness and courteous manner where ever you go. Even when you don’t have the best experience you are always respectful but more importantly honest. Thanks for all the great videos.

Hi Hannah.Being a bus driver in Bournemouth. Every morning  about 06.30 I will see fresh vegetables being delivered to wagamama in westover road. Since the chain has got taken over , the menu has become a lot more exciting.and more flavorful.❤

Dearest Hannah, I know it does not really fit into the concept of this vlog series, but I would think that many of your viewers would be interested in seeing you go to your favorite restaurants and/or pubs, eating your favourite foods, and explaining why those places are so dear to you. That could be a lot of fun!

Fun video. Don’t apologize for the lunch spot choices. If the tube is too hot don’t bother. We love the wide variety of options you show us. Yes for international travel!

The best England has to offer the contemporary world is you Ms. Hannah Ricketts!!!! Take a bow!!!
