Stuart, yours are probably the most useful videos on T120 for an average Joe, here, across the pond, real honest reviews and how to video!!!!

cracking one about the coat hanger Stuart 😭😭👍🏻

A forking good yarn, had me hanging on every word.
Definitely a great upgrade to the Bonneville, my older T100 was transformed.
As you correcting stated, not all riders are the same weight, I’ve upgraded most of my bikes’ suspensions to suit me as a rider, and never once regretted doing it.

Well.
She noticed the clothes hanger.
LoL.
Great video.

Just a little tip put some tape round the nut to prevent the socket marking the soft aluminium 👌🏻

The 6:30 mark instructions are gold!

Done the upgrade very pleased with results thanks Stuart.

You should sell that special tool technology, Stuart. I'm sure the other half won't notice if all her hangers suddenly disappear!!!

You make great videos Stuart. I don't even have a Triumph but I love watching them.

I just upgraded to these springs and the it made a huge difference.

Just did this upgrade to my T120 and it’s a noticeable change/improvement!

I see you use the more modern fork spring removal tool.... I had only the older multi use type. I managed to just unwind the tool for use as the all important spring removal option and when finished, I managed to rewind it up and replace the tool into the wife's wardrobe. I'm sorry to say though, returning this tool to the wardrobe was not actually as stealthily accomplished as I hoped. Seems that just one day later someone noticed an oily smell and a ruined, oil stained blouse.... oops.

I know this video is a bit old, but I just picked up my 2023 t120 and thanks to this demonstration I know exactly what I’ll be doing for the first modification.

Love the shot of the bike, head-on, with the headers outside the forks, dart screen, all symmetrical and gorgeous. Big thumbs up to progressives  up front as a relatively cheap upgrade, given the return in improved handling.

Boom 💥 These puppies are now waiting to be fitted to my Bonnie Black T100 along with my Hagon rear shocks Stuart. Many thanks for your help. Happy smooth riding

Job done. Great video- made an easy job simple! Thanks.

Cheers Stu, just fitted the Hagon Shocks to my T120. Will be doing the front forks in the next couple of weeks.
