Warnock, a legend in his own mind - the irony of his opinions in this interview over VAR, I don't think he got an opinion wrong in his whole career about a free kick or sending off. You don't need technology, just get Warnock in.

In rugby they show it on the big screen and the ref walks through what he is seeing, they clarify together with VAR.

Lynch is fantastic, its a shame he aint 30 years younger, and still on the pitch. Top man, great podcast.

This is the sort of confrontational content we crave. Referee vs his mate who is also a qualified referee and the son of a referee, fireworks guaranteed!

I always go back to my grandpa who said, you can be right, but if you want friends or a wife, you'll learn that the right thing to do is to be wrong

They should use Neil Warnock to help mentally train referee's. If you can survive 'The Warnock method', you can survive anything.

I love listening to Kevin Lynch and was with the added spice having Neil Warnock.

As a referee I liked this. Agreed and disagreed with stuff both were saying. Both good characters and the way the modern game is going we need more men like these pair in it 👍

Kev’s spot on when he says there is nothing coming up. The amount of poor referees I witnessed at the Riverside last year whether it was in Boro’s favour or against was absolutely shocking.

Famous around these parts for his change of mind after awarding a last-minute penalty to Ipswich Town in a local derby against the Canaries in the mid nineties!
