I wish that Guardian figure was able to wiggle its arms and dance

@Yoshimitsu4prez 3 years ago

Lmao I’m loving how hard Arlo tries to be positive about every opinion in these

A link between worlds is the most underrated zelda game. It was the first in the series to be truly non-linear and the painting mechanic turned the entire game into one big puzzle.

Link's gnome cap from Twilight Princess is still my favorite.
In general I love how Link looks in Twilight Princess, the darker green of his outfit just looks better on him.

I genuinely forget Arlo is a puppet sometimes. This dude is beyond talented and his forearms are probably JACKED 💪🏽

Arlo apologizing to the (hopefully) inanimate Guardian is adorable

@scrubtacular007 3 years ago

The guardian music starting up every time you accidentally smack the amiibo had me dead 💀

I’m ready to see how arlo somehow doesn’t get upset during a spicy take salad of Pikmin

I’m testing you arlo

This may not be a hot take but it's mine. When I first found a bomb flower in tears of the Kingdom I genuinely smiled and had to take a moment because it brought back nearly thirty years of playing Zelda all at once

OOT and MM being buggy is probably the most clearly illogical one. Like I’ve never encountered a bug that wasn’t someone forcing something for a speed run 😂

This take salad was so spicy, it gave me 23 minutes of cold resistance!

I like how he doesn't outright disagree with any of them right after reading them, he has his opinion but he actually considers the argument and agrees with part of it, he's so neutral and non controversial lol

@501Kronos 3 years ago

The way he "reads" the tablet and has it as a prop, he's taking it SO serious and I love it 😂

I miss the green cap and tunic. It helped give the older Zelda games a magical, medieval fairy tale feel, sort of like Peter Pan.

@Giggles_iJest 3 years ago

The green cap is iconic and whoever wants away with it is CAPPING

Every time Arlo accidentally prods his Guardian Amiibo and the Guardian Battle piano music starts, my heart jumps up into my throat. Anxiety reflex.

If the divine beasts were supplementing normal dungeons instead of replacing them, they would be nearly universally loved and lauded as a fan favorite and brilliant addition.

Link's cap and green attire was inspired by Peter Pan. I think it really suits Zelda's whimsical tone and Tolkien-esk fantasy setting. Plus, that green hat is instantly recognizable like the Micky D's golden arches.
