That traditional Azerbaijani rice dish looks so rich and comforting. Grandma’s cooking makes this village meal feel extra special.

Hi I'm so glad I found your channel again.  I've not seen it on my feed for a few months.  Good to see you all are doing well.  Grandma looks really healthy.  Your food looks great especially the cookies.  Glad to be back. I'm watching you from Los Angeles, California USA.

That sizzle when the chicken and cherries hit that butter was insane, and that crispy flatbread crust at the end looked so good 🔥

Watching this made me want to build a mini clay charcoal stove and cook a 1-inch version of this chicken pilaf with a micro crispy tahdig crust haha, definitely trying that 🤏✨

How inviting and heartwarming! 🍚🌿 Traditional Azerbaijani mixed rice, lovingly prepared by hand, must have such a unique flavor. Folk recipes passed down through generations always make a dish feel so familiar, rich in taste, and full of love! ❤🇦🇿🏡
