After the museum, the chefs enjoyed a cycling training session and an ethnic cooking session with local chefs.

The finale was truly delicious: the chefs prepared a gazpacho made with seasonal watermelon and sweet tomatoes with miso paste, crab meat, and rice crisps—"Amur Gazpacho with Crab"—as well as Chinese mushroom pies—"Podkhabarovik."
