This video could not have been more perfectly timed. As always a very precise and to the point video. Also the quality has gone up like crazy in the past months. Thanks Max!

I never understood the idea of competition for housing , i mean if there is soo unpredictability involved with shelter in Germany how is it suppose to attract foreign students for higher education. Its too draining for students (especially international) who not only have to go through this problem but also bad job market , basic jobs to fulfill needs etc. Atleast i feel shelter should be sorted to maintain that peace of mind.

Good luck everyone. I'm an international student from Mexico and I will be doing a semester in Germany starting September. I haven't found anything.. I'll keep trying but damn.. it's veeeery complicated. If Germans can't find an apartment in their own country then I'm certianly cooked.

Excellent video! 🎓 Anyone considering studying abroad should watch this. Looking forward to more helpful content like this.

your videos are way more helpfull than other videos i have seen on youtube.i would like to thank you again man, keep it up, can u upload a video on how we can move from university to aiusbiding ?

Du bist sehr nett und deine Video ist wirklich Informativ für alles, besonders mir. Vielen Dank ❤❤❤

Great explanation! 🌍 This video clears up many doubts about studying abroad. Thanks for sharing such useful information.

Very informative content 👍 The guidance is practical and easy to understand for students planning their international education journey.

the best way to find affordable housing is to avoid big, expensive cities like Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart ...... since quality of universities are relatively the same, if you could find similar program in a cheaper city/town, it might improve your student life or even learning experience greatly

thanks so much , Max 😃  all your videos are so useful, and well explained  :washhands:  I can't wait to go to Germany this year !

Worst part about searching for accommodation: if your budget is low and you´re forced to live in a shared apartment ppl want a whole ahh scan of you like CV, Interview etc. probably the worst part of it and honestly other countries do it better you simply speak to the landlord and easy peasy

waouh super teacher Max ❤❤❤❤ thanks a lot teacher

I'm writing every single house possible and I got only 2 answers. One of them wanted an interview and after that never rejected or accepted me. Got no answer. Luckily, my aunt lives 1 hour away from my school. I will stay with them until I find an accommodation. I wish everyone lots of luck for finding a house :)

Hi Max 👋
You're always very helpful for everyone 🤠
Max, if possible for you. You can bring some Real Estate Agents every month (online) and they can share about the prices and the availability of Rental properties for students.
In return, they'll get some direct clients via your Channel.

Also, do share any updates in the students & other immigration policy for 3rd World Countries.

Thank you.
God Bless You 🍀

thanks a lot Max❤❤❤
