I love how you play multiple characters but the main character is easy to identify

I used to work as a call center rep. I always hated those moments where I got kidnapped in the middle of call.

Poor Beth... Nat doesn't even remember her name...

YEP - the "Yes, Entered. Proceed." system.

the 'yep' system has an academic name, you may be amused to know:- 'signifiers of sympathetic circularity', as in jut a noise we make to say 'I'm listening/I understand' or even just 'i recognise you are talking right now even tho I'm not really listening'

I forgot how funny this girl is. Hope she's doing well and is enjoying the lamingtons she definitely bakes every week while laughing maniacally at her fans...

POV you came here after watching her first video in 3 years

I wanted to hear the rest of the numbers song.

"yep" is the backbone of all modern communication. Internet would not exist if computers did not acknowledge every message to each other with a machine equivalent of "yep".

Every single time I've rang anything that needs me to spell something out or give them numbers now I think of this video.

@sixstringedthing 10 years ago

Lost it completely in the first 30 seconds after "where have they been?"...
that glance to camera was so wrong and yet so right.

@leaoluisa13 10 years ago

ok but I thought you were pretending to type the codes down but you were REALLY TYPING THE LETTERS AND NUMBERS I'm impressed with your professionalism

the kidnapper takes her headphones off before taking her, I wouldn't bother personally, cos then I'd get free headphones along with the person.

This video has changed my life. I watched this 8 years, and when I went into customer service, I made sure to keep the yup system. 😂
