I spent a month living and working in Ochiai, Maniwa City 💪
*I consulted with the hospital director and received permission to film inside the hospital.
I took care to respect the privacy and personal information of patients and staff during filming.
Before it started, I was nervous about being in a new place and working at a new hospital, but
once it began, I found it to be a warm and wonderful community with a fulfilling training experience
It was a very valuable month 💭

今回の岡山県真庭市での1か月間の地域医療研修、本当にお疲れさまでした😊
今回の動画を拝見して、いつもの楽しく爽やかなVlogとはまた違った、「医師・宇江美沙希さん」の真摯な姿がとても印象に残りました。
外来診療、内視鏡検査、訪問診療、救急搬送への同行など、一つひとつの経験に真剣に向き合い、慣れない環境の中でもベストを尽くして研修されている姿が本当に素晴らしかったです👏✨
特に心に残ったのは、病気そのものを診るだけではなく、患者さんが退院した後に「どこで、誰と、どのように暮らしていくのか」という、その方の生活まで見据えることが地域医療では大切だと実感されていたところです。
医療は病院の中だけで完結するものではなく、患者さんの暮らしやご家族、そして地域そのものにつながっている――今回の動画から、その大切さがとてもよく伝わってきました。
地域医療を担う医師や医療従事者の存在は、これからの日本にとってますます重要になると思います。
それを難しい言葉だけで説明するのではなく、美沙希さんご自身が実際に経験し、感じ、成長していく姿を通して、多くの視聴者に分かりやすく伝えてくださったことにも、この動画の大きな意味があると思いました。
そして何より、病院の皆さんや地域の方々との温かい交流を拝見して、美沙希さんがこの1か月間、一生懸命取り組まれたからこそ築けた信頼関係なのだろうなと感じました😊
医師として一歩一歩成長していく美沙希さんの姿を見られることを、視聴者としてとても嬉しく思います。
