The fence on my Titan table saw has been frustrating me for a while. I can get it perfectly square, but as soon as I pull the lever down to lock it in place, the fence moves out of position! 🤦‍♂️

So rather than replacing the whole table saw, I decided to build a completely new DIY table saw fence.

In this video I remove the original fence setup, build my own replacement and then put it to the test to see if I've actually managed to improve the accuracy of my budget table saw.

I'm slowly finding that a few simple DIY upgrades can make a massive difference to cheaper workshop tools — and hopefully this fence, along with my new crosscut sled (coming soon), will make the Titan much more accurate and enjoyable to use.

I've also recently finished building a router flattening sled (again, coming soon), which I'll be using for some much bigger projects coming to the channel — including my epoxy river coffee table!

👍 If you enjoyed the build, please give the video a like.
