1:18:58   Mike goes from joy to shock instantly and lets out one of the funniest reactions I've ever seen him have, followed by him discovering Rocket Jock and dying. This shit is priceless

Can we have a moment of silence for Mike's sanity?

Hey, Mike. Make your selection... now.

alfred n the fettuc official review:
THAT'S $4 WASTED

my brother and i were duped into buying this thing off the shopping channel back in 1991.  we both used our xmas/bday money to buy it.  even though it was terrible, i played it a lot.  there were a few games that were kind of fun, if you set your expectations low.  my personal favourite was #21, Streemerz.  There are more levels, you need to walk off the right side of the 'top of the mountain' to get the next level to load.  its stupid lol.

"There is no person the ever turned this game on and didn't die" haha.

There actually is a reason the boss in Star Evil sometimes doesn't spawn. There is a limit to how many sprites the game can handle on the screen. If the screen is filled with the bullets from your ship when you reach the boss arena it cannot spawn in.

"Mom, can we get Castlevania?"
'No, we have Castlevania at home'
Castlevania at home:

Mike was the real AVGN all along

OH! Thank god we got closure on Alfredo aka Alfred and the fettuc! It was shit.

The fact that three students made this is very impressive. Imagine creating 52 different soundtracks? In 1991 that was an amazing accomplishment. I actually like the music for Alfred N The Fettuc.

As someone who ended up with this game as a kid I’ll shed some light on how this happened. The games had a $199 retail price because Vince Perri intended to sell them to video and game rental stores like Blockbuster or local video rental stores. The idea being they’d pay $199 and earn the money back on rentals ... but nobody knew who he or Active was and it didn’t take long for word of mouth to kill the game for being garbo. After Active went bankrupt the warehouses that stored the majority of the carts that were made sold them off on the cheap to cover the unpaid rental fees for the storage. Local game shops and flea markets across central Florida were flooded with these carts that sold for the average game prices, around $30 to $40 bucks. Almost nobody who had one of these games back in the 90’s paid $199 for them.

Quarantine with a 3 hour Mike stream? Hell yes.

I know hindsight is 20/20, but Mike could've saved himself the "it takes two" intro marathon by by making a save state at the selection menu.

Gotta love how it plays a sample from the hit rap song "It Takes Two to Make a Thing Go Right"  by Rob Base, when you boot the game.

The best part of this game is the 10 second intro

I will come back to you this comment next year to remind you to dress as Alfred and the Fettuc for Halloween.

35:29 The problem with the Alfred 'n' the fettuc costume at a Halloween party

You know, who came with this idea? Also I remember almost every line from the nerd's review lol.
