A year ago, I liked this video.  I didn’t pull the trigger on a boat last year, so here I am again.  Maybe this year lol

A great vid extremely informational perfect for someone who’s looking to get a sib like I am keep up the great vids

thank you

So cool to have a slipway and launch points where you take off

I've got a 3.2m air deck (Boatworld) with a 9.9hp 4 stroke. I go fishing (badly) inshore off Anglesey and Abersoch and the boat is good for thar. I'm early 50s,not built and the weight and hassle is manageable but real, even with this boat. I got a light trailer for the boat (still carry the engine in car boot) and this helps as I have hours drive to get to the water. I still have to inflate/deflate the boat at home but speeding things up at the slipway is golden. I don't submerge the trailer (bearings aren't waterproofed) so transom wheels on the slipway, but that's no hassle either. It's also great because when I've got home, the boat is still inflated for rinse down, instead of having to get it all out again and inflate for that. It's definitely true that the boat is workable but really no fun unless it's pretty calm. I've had days where the wind has got up unexpectedly and I've not enjoyed doing 5 miles to get back to the slipway at all (bang bang bang bang) . I've just been bought a Boatworld bow canopy (125 quid ouch) to help with spray. A luxury, not essential.

And great drone work. Well done...

I bought a sib from Aqua marina, its the 3.6 AL Deck. Set it up solo last month for the first. It was tough but practice makes perfect.

Thank you so much! this is the most useful video I've seen so far about SIB. I'm thinking of buying one, a 350 cadet air zodiac with a 15 HP motor. We'll see.

Awesome thanks, I'm looking at getting a sib for next spring and this video has enlightened me on many aspects of what to buy, I think I'm more looking towards an air deck for the ease of putting together and cost👍

I really appreciate your perspective on inflatable boats, I'm considering buying one in the next year or so. Thank you for sharing!

Great video, very informative and helpful, I feel better informed to be able to buy my first SIB now 😎🤟🏻

Great video fantastic info 👌

The Hydrus 3.7m comes with both aluminium and airdeck. You decide which floor suits you on the day, no need to make a decision of pitting one against the other

A really good video. Well worth watching and thank you for doing it. I'm a beginner. I learnt so much from you. Thank you...👍👍👍👍

This a really great video. Thanks for sharing

thanks for posting, nice and informative video

Great video mate👍👍👍👍👍

Thank you for  informing us!

Well done for wearing the kill cord, not many do.

I have a Talamex RHIB S type(aluminium hull)3.1 metre with a 20hp mariner. I only got the 3.1 metre because they didn't have the 3.5 in stock, I should've waited and got the bigger 3.5.
I did own a True kit with a 6hp and I now wouldnt recommend a boat motor under 10hp.
I bought a trailer boat because after two back operations I didn't want to lug a ~45kg outboard around, particularly not on a slippery boat ramp.
If I was to do it again I'd buy a 3.8+ metre SIB and trailer it.
