Whenever JSM gets chocked up, I breaks my heart. He gave up so much of himself to help the families of these poor people. I am thankful you are able to teach the next generation and I thank you so very much for your enumerable sacrifices. I hope you are able to find more peace now.

I love how soft spoken he is yet also commands your attention

My dad took me to a morgue when I was a senior in high school to help him fix a washing machine. I asked reluctantly if we would see any dead bodies and he assured me no. Well he was wrong. I saw bodies being wheeled around. After lying on the floor fixing the machine, I couldn’t wait to get out of there and take the longest shower of my life.

Closure is a media invention. Invented by someone who had no missing person experience.

The EG case makes me so mad. 100% impossible to have given herself the vast majority of her wounds. Insanity!

Of all the incredible skills your guest has acquired, I think the very best one is his compassion for both the victims and also their surviving family members. I cannot imagine having to visit many families over many years to give them devastating news of their loved one. Excellent discussion. Many thanks. Peace.

JSM is one of my favorite guests on any podcast. He is the perfect mix of professionalism, science, and humility. He never forgets these are actual people, and not just news cycle banter.

What really trips me out about this case is the victimology. Shannon fits the profile of the other girls so neatly that it kinda defies belief that a random girl dies within a stone’s throw of several other dead girls who happen to share her occupation, size and habits. 🤔

I watch Joseph Scott Morgan whenever I see him as a guest on various shows, but he outdid himself tonight. Thank you, Josh, for bringing these extra stories out of him. I look forward to seeing you two join forces to get the nameless souls in potter's fields their names back.
