I made cards like this for sending this year. I found when I made my first diagonal cut if I didn't go the whole way through to the end it made it much easier to make the turn to do the second diagonal cut since the paper was a bit still connected. I just took my scissor and made the last clip when ready to assemble. this also helped keep my pile of cut paper a bit more organized until I was ready to use it. your cards are beautiful!
