It would be interesting to see a correlation between the speed and actual current draw by the motor.

I love my kipaway prop, definitely more power at less power # .  Have had several friends upgrade as well to it.   I will never go back to another prop.

Thanks for the video.  I have an 80 pound / 24 volt Minn Kota Maxxum on my Champion 198 bass boat.  I’ve had similar results as you and have used the Kipawa prop on and off for nearly 10 years.  Overall I like it - it offers  quicker acceleration, more top end speed and better holding and control on windy days or in mild to moderate current.  I mainly use my 3 blade Kipawa on horsepower restricted or electric motor only lakes that are more wide open with sparse grass.  When I go to the Potomac River or Upper Chesapeake Bay I need to switch back to the 2 blade Weedless Wedge.  The Kipawa is ok with Eelgrass but thick Milfoil and Hydrilla will choke the blade.  In those situations the Weedless Wedge does a better job.
