A sensitive topic explained beautifully

Good lecture oh Sheikh.
I personally was always under the impression that yes we can have whatever we want in heaven however, in heaven, we can only want good things we can only want right things or example. Nobody in heaven will want to do evil things like torture, or violate evil, instead, have wishes for things, such as poetry, good company, and beautiful art, and so on.. and similarly with partners and mates, we will only want that which is lawful and healthy. Because Singh is unique to the mortal condition as we lose our mortality to become heavenly beings. We lose our capacity to want what is wicked or wrong.

The real question is, if I wouldn’t tolerate my husband having affairs with other women in THIS LIFE, why would i tolerate it in HEAVEN? It makes no sense. This is a topic many women are firmly grounded in, so unless allah swt is just going to change our personalities entirely, i dont see it happening. All women want is to be loved and adored by a man that only loves and adores us. So if thats what women really want, your saying none of us will get that while in literal paradise. It doesn’t make sense.

So basically it's better not to marry in this life or get attached to any wife, halal situatioships (muta) until Death while being Mumin then getting to jannah and marryin hoor al 3yn for eternity

I wonder why souls would have any worldly desires. I thought worldly desires are left behind after death.

Salam
My question is that as u said and i also beleive thatt Hur is the plural for a men women both as zawj can be a man and woman too...quran doesnt specifically mentions زوجہ ..so it doesnt specify that hur is a women..it always says wazawwajnahum..therefore it refers to a pair

what if someone died without getting married

@rahatshigri 11 months ago

What if she doesn't want any?

@OutLaw-j6y 1 year ago

Adam a.s. and Eva a.s were 2 genders already right ? So 1 gender logic doesn't fit in paradise anyway .. Allah s.w.t. knows all

@syedhasanrizvi 13 days ago

One gender in the afterlife does not seem logical. Why would then Bibi Fatima be given the title of Sayyidat Nisa' al-Janna, the leader of women in paradise????? We should refrain from guesswork and stick to what the masoomeen have said word for word.

I don’t want to go to heaven if it’s like this. If there’s polygamy I want my million male hoor husbands. If there’s monogamy I want my husband to be monogamous and I want him to WANT to be monogamous. Otherwise my entire motivation to go to heaven is destroyed.
