I honestly think when Anna was like "what people don't understand about this surgery is that the effects aren't going to be immediate," what she meant was "i didn't understand that the effects aren't going to be immediate and now I'm coping."

It's wild that she talks like it's a perfectly normal experience for the average American citizen to have multiple cosmetic surguries and travel by plane back and forth and stay in luxury hotels to recover. She keeps having these "revelations" about what other people "don't understand about surgury". YES, because most people can't afford it!

"My first priority was my health." Anna, your health has NEVER been a priority for you. She makes this whole facade up of bettering herself, but refuses to look at what's actually causing her health issues.

I feel like the bagel thing outshines how rude and completely self-centeted she was in front of the cotton candy machine.

Edit: She just seems so SPOILED. Her behavior would be immature coming from someone much younger.

Her complaining loudly right in front of the cotton candy stand that they are taking too long and disappointing her is TOO much. What an absolute Karen.

Anna continues to blow my mind with her extreme case of denial. I've never seen someone so willing to risk their life/body by going under the knife as many times as she has just to avoid giving up the sugary coffees, processed snacks, and other junk. Her diet and her unwillingness to even acknowledge the role it plays in her health journey will continue to battle her every step of the way. She's completely delusional to think she can beat it the way she's going about it.

Her comment about, “pimping my ride,” tells me everything I need to know about this surgery arc. She can claim all day that it’s for her lipedema, but we all know that she’s insecure about her body and is desperate to change it without giving up her food addiction.

Anna, the only 500lb woman who doesn't have an issue with food.

I'm just waiting for Anna's "Surgical Malpractice Lawsuit" arc 💅🏻

Anna can’t admit she’s done anything wrong. That she’s ever been wrong in her life. She has to be special, have these conditions that make her unique and her weight/limitations not her fault. One of the hardest things in my own personal health and weight loss journey was admitting I was wrong. My eating was not controlled. I did this to myself regardless of the influences. It was freeing to realize that because it meant change was also within my control. If I could do this, I could undo it. Anna needs to humble herself and then she’ll see progress but I don’t think she can at all

As a person who blames myself for every single thing that happens in my life, even if I KNOW that it was absolutely not my fault, it is fascinating to see someone at the other end of the spectrum who is entirely incapable of taking personal responsibility for anything 😂

The pure luxury of time she has to be able to have all these surgeries is something most people aren't able to have.

I can't stand her complaining about not getting her junk food fast enough, into a camera, while standing 2 feet from the worker and in front of some customer.

It is so incredibly rude it's unbelievable. You can tell she doesn't think of service people as people but views them as beneath her.

And as a patient person who plans their days well I hate it when some rando wants to complain about a service person moving too slow and pull me in. Um no I'm not an haute asshole and I have patience!

Anna doesn’t have ‘loose’ skin… Anna’s skin is filled to capacity

How did I never know that she grew up Mormon?!?! That explains her entire personality so well!!

Omg she’s spoiling us with an hour long video, AND she looks flawless doing it ? We do not deserve her

It’s wild the cognitive dissonance creators have in both acting as an authority figure on something and then also saying “I don’t owe ANYONE and explanation”. You cannot have both. You actually do owe people an explanation when you position yourself as an expert.

Just remember that she started sharing her journey in June talking about how much pain she is in, how her mobility was limited despite in March (3 months earlier) being so proud that she "ran" a 3k (or was it 5k) After months of showing herself working out to prepare for it. In shorts. No compression to be found. But she tried everything before resorting to surgery.

I can’t explain why but she reminds me of a grown version of Jojo Siwa
