What I have learned from watching many Undercover Boss episodes: ask for what you want and need in life, because you never know who is listening, and who might have the resources to give it to you. Then, expect nothing.

I feel she is the cheapest undercover boss I have ever watched

This episode has taught me that nobody really cares, you can work for them for years but get replaced with nothing after retirement. It teaches us a lot

How can you not have an employee discount?

I have worked in various kitchens in Denmark. I have always eaten for free!

Man Doug deserves more. He is a real human being. Guys there are people working out there with a real heart. They work 100% not for themselves but for others. God must reward those people even more.

The corporate world will likely never know they exist despite being the backbone of their businesses. If I make real money, I think one day I will just find Doug and reward him.

In the end, the boss is a real clown. I hate it when the company gives cash to a charity instead of the employee. It’s incredibly cheap! She gave $25,000 to one employee and nothing to the other. Give a little less to the first one so you can give something to the one who got nothing. Honestly, it's ridiculous. And the poor woman who’s been working at POPEYE for 27 years (27 long years!) gets barely $10,000 and a trip... not to mention a toilet brush. It makes me sick.

20 year employee gets canned because they can’t get back after Katrina? That’s really heartbreaking

This was the cheapest return for the employees that I've seen on undercover boss, but in a hard life every little bit helps.

I am always surprised how out of touch restaurant executives are about how difficult it is for almost every worker to make ends meet financially, not just people on these shows.

Gina deserved so much more, that woman is amazing.

This episode definitely proves the crappy corporate chain this is without really giving back to the employees. Popeye's is now in 2026 considered a failing chain . The only thing they gave back was the tuition fee to one employee and nothing for the older employees which is messed up

6.5 billion dollars in 1 year...they gave a 27 year employee 10 grand...I think that's amazing..people work there whole life at a job and get a handshake the day you retire
