We were ready for a cozy winter meal… but we weren’t sure if the Cosori Pressure Cooker could handle a full-on beef casserole — especially with the whole family in the kitchen!
In this video, we try making a hearty winter beef casserole using the Cosori Multi-Function Pressure Cooker, and things didn’t exactly go as planned... but the results? You’ll have to see for yourself.
We had fun, made a bit of a mess, and put this pressure cooker through its paces. If you’re wondering whether the Cosori Pressure Cooker is worth it, or looking for a family-friendly winter recipe, you’re in the right place!
🥘 What’s in the Pot?
Tender beef chunks
Root vegetables (carrots, Onions, parsnips)
Gravy made with Oxo and Zero Alcohol Guinness
Cooked under pressure for 30 mins for that slow-cooked taste in a fraction of the time!
Dumplings made with 60 grams of Atora suet, 100 grams of self raising flour, a pinch of tyme and water to bring the dough together. Popped in the pressure cooker for 5 mins after the casserole has cooked.
Mashed potato with milk, butter and full grain mustard.
🔧 Cosori Pressure Cooker Specs:
Multi-function: Pressure cook, slow cook, sauté, steam & more
nearly 6L capacity – perfect for family meals
One-touch presets & manual controls
Safety lock lid & delayed start option
Energy-efficient and easy to clean
