Blade jigging has become increasingly popular in recent years. Its ease of use—simply "cast and reel"—makes it an ideal fishing method for beginners in both offshore and inshore fishing.

In the waters off Iwakuni, Hiroshima, considered the birthplace and sacred ground of blade jigging, Shimano instructor Keito Yamamoto and Shimano monitor and Osaka Bay inshore boat captain Yoshitaka Kakui will take on the challenge. While blade jigging is often associated with Spanish mackerel, with a little ingenuity in adjusting reeling speed and depth, it's an effective fishing method for a variety of fish species.

Cast, reel, hook. Using the "Grappler Type Blade," a rod specifically designed to embody the essence of blade jigging, they will conquer the waters off Hiroshima.
