Thank you to Bombas for sponsoring this video! Head to https://bombas.yt.link/V2BSXcZ and use code ANDYKING at checkout for 20% off your first purchase.

I have been waiting to talk about this show VERY patiently. A&E has always been a pit of confusion when it comes to their programming, but NEVER BEFORE have they locked in like this. Squatters might just be my new favorite show, and I think you're about to see why.

Thanks for being patient while I added some clarifying points that made me feel more comfortable with the finished product. For context, nothing has been removed from the original video, only added to, so for anyone who didn’t receive the opportunity to see the first version you are in luck!

The reason it’s a civil matter and not a criminal is the same reason “squatter’s rights” exist in the first place. It’s a way to protect renters from unjust eviction. Unfortunately, a lot of these laws are terribly worded, so a lot of bad actors can exploit these laws at the detriment of others. That said, if you rent, you should familiarize yourself with “squatter’s rights” because most of them are basic housing protections for renters

Flash and Justice do sound like a fun superhero duo and then they're just...this 😂

For once, I love somebody's sponsor! When I was in the homeless shelter a few years ago for 4mths, they sure gave us Bombas socks. One pair each, but still. I appreciate them working with the actual community.

Again I have to say, thank you for being a sponsor of Bombas socks I genuinely got a fuck ton of them when I was homeless so YES THEY ACTUALLY DONATE THEM :))

There’s also a difference between occupying an abandoned house and occupying a home of a cancer patient that is unable to live in the home because of their cancer

The main reason I can assume for getting all geared up in the tactical outfit is just in case the sketchy tennant has a gun and is ready to blow their heads off, but its also because they want to be intimidating and look cool

whenever these kinds of people get snakes or spiders or something in there I'm always scared for the animal. The person who is afraid could just murder the animal

I do think we should deal with problematic people by inconveniencing them in the weirdest ways possible, think that would make the world a whole lot more better

Throughout my life, I have never once seen or heard someone tell another person to, "calm down," actually be effective and make the other person deescalate or "calm down." I implore everyone to just remove that phrase from their vocabulary.

I’m sorry, his legal name is “Flash”?

Thank you for not cutting out the original stuff, I missed the original upload & I’m glad to see it uploaded with clarifying info instead of cutting out the original content. Better to provide context to explain what you meant, especially in situations such as this.

I had squatter roommates during covid and they made the house so hostile for me and my other roommate that WE left. Why didn't i think OF SOME OF FLASH'S TECHNIQUES??????? That couple would NOT have stayed if I stood my groud smh
