Thank you so much. The best  video i've ever Seen for Pump foil 💪👍

Awesome video, I have can't wait to try this amazing sport. Can't wait to take up foiling!

Hey Damien. I really enjoy your tutorials!I’ve been watching this one yesterday night and been out in the morning to check. So good!Especially the lifting of the backfoot. What really changed my ride however was one more thing that made the release of the back foot possible. I changed my cadence/pump frequency which was the key to really keep the pitch control. I speeded up my frequency et voilà. I’m sure it depends on the setup and front wing in particular but I encourage everyone in that stage too play with the frequency of pumping.  🤙🏼

Hi. Thanks for making this awesome video. As I've been improving at winging I've learned how valuable pumping is in so many situations, which then helps you enjoy more and maximise the magic moments for longer. After seeing this I'm going to now focus more on pumping and see if I can make it better.  Have a great day and many thanks! Regards.

Fantastic discussion.

Stop making it look easy bro 😎 ❤

Excellent pumping tutorial, Damien, you really show the difference between the right way and a beginners mistakes. Would be great to come out for wing foil lessons! Thanks.

Excellent video mate. Thank you.

Thank you so much, amazing tips ! Helped me a lot here on my little lake in Germany. Keep it up 💙

I’m pumped up

Great content as always! This pumping game is so addictive😆🙏

I watched your video at least 5 times since I started a couple months ago. I was still doing that mistake swinging too much with my front foot. I know about the heel but I needed to learn how to stay on the board for a bit first. Now I'm running out of gas fast after 25s, also I DO feel the out of control nose pitch and I know what to do next. Lift that back heel for good, feel the swing on your back foot instead of your front foot which will also help avoiding crazy note pitch and touching down often. Thank you so much for your video!

Thanks a lot, very intuitive explanation

Thank you that was a great tip!

Thank you so much Gwen. Incredibly helpful video. Can't wait to try your tips!

Great video. The secret was given in the comment at the end "You can only go as far as you are in shape".  There is no magic to pumping. You have to have extremely strong legs and incredible cardio fitness. You wanna pump for 5 minutes? Can you do 5 minute squat hold? Can you sprint for 5 minutes? Can you run a 8 minute mile? Fitness is the biggest secret in the game! You're welcome. 😎🤙

Great explanation for those starting out. Thanks. Merci!

Best content creator! So hard to create a tuto on board pumping

Excellent video this has really helped me with my pumping I focus on my back foot more plus bringing my feet closer together like doing squats

Those  videos  1rst  off all reasons  is to sell ... to show how amazing and easy  it is 😂😂
