Johnny has the best basic griddle videos I’ve found by far!

Yet another GREAT video.  Like most things in life, know what/who you are dealing with, then things go much better! !! !!!

genuinely such a good video

This is the most comprehensive and informative griddle video!  Thank you Johnny for all your hard work putting this together for us!

I'm so new I don't even have my blackstone griddle yet. but, I trying to learn about what I need.

Good stuff, Johnny. I've had my Blackstone for just over 20 months and I must say, the majority of the things I've learned about griddling I learned from your channel. Keep the videos, coming!!

Thanks Johnny for valuable info for sucess!!

Thank you helps me a lot because I haven’t been using my griddle. The old saying use it or lose it comes to mind. I’ll never be a “Johnny” but practice is needed.

Would really appreciate you doing some cooking demonstrations on your 22” 2 burner Blackstone.

Very, very helpful seeing what keep cooking griddles look like. Removes a lot of anxiety about whether you’re doing it right

Thank you Johnny

Your videos have taught me a lot this year and it is much appreciated.

Cheers 🍻 🍺 🍻

As always, you give great advice!! THANKS

Good information. Thank you.

Great video! Just got a Blackstone 36" 4 burner with no idea on how to use it.  This video was so helpful!  Thank you so much.  Especially loved to example photos

great segment Johnny. I just sent the link to my brother who recently got a Blackstone and is facing a learning curve. i helped him out this weekend during a cook at a family reunion. i ended up doing breakfast. he had it rip roaring. i turned the burners down ended up cooking sausage patties, pancakes and scrambled eggs. showed him how to do a quick clean and oil it up when he was done. Appreciate all you do. thanks for posting.

I'm new to blackstone but not new to cooking. Have no issues except the far right burner needs to be sparked twice to ignite. Done this from the first time using it. Works great otherwise, no blockage. No idea whats up with it? Love it. Cook on it all the time. I was also a cook for 3 years when I was younger so I know the cleaning routine for cast iron pans (the restaurants pancakes, french toast amd grilled cheese was always cooked on cast iron) and SS griddles. I watch you and a few others for tips I may not know pertaining to it being cast iron and the great recipes.

Johnny, your videos are always helpful. Thank you for your even keeled approach to your content.

Another great video, thank you! Never heard of cleaning a restaurant griddle with ice before. I have a thick stainless steel one and use lemon/lime juice. It makes it effortless if helpful.

The rust issue is the single reason I don’t have a griddle.  Not sure I’d use it enough to keep the rust off.  Otherwise the idea of getting a griddle is very intriguing to me!!

Great stuff! Thanks good sir!
