🚨 IT'S ABSURD! THE CAR LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND STOPPED AFTER ONLY FIVE KILOMETERS!

We went to the Ribeirão Preto region to assist Alexandre and Cleunice in their request for help. They bought the vehicle on July 4th, 2026, received the receipt only on the 8th, and had the car delivered only on July 17th. The day before delivery, the dealership had already received the financing money.

But pay attention to what happened: Alexandre left the dealership with the car and, after driving approximately five kilometers, the injection and engine lights came on in the dashboard. The vehicle lost power and simply stopped!

The car returned to the dealership, underwent repairs, and was delivered again. But the problem persisted! Alexandre demanded a solution several times, but the dealership couldn't get the vehicle back into working order.

More than 30 days have passed and nothing has been resolved! The loan payments are arriving, the agency received the money, but the consumer still can't use the car!

And there's more: during the filming of this report, another consumer appeared complaining about problems with the same agency. Yet another person demanding a solution!

Now, Alexandre no longer wants the vehicle. Enough promises, enough excuses! We went to the agency accompanied by the consumer protection agency (Procon) to demand a definitive solution.

Will the store cancel the purchase and return the money, or will it continue to leave the consumer at a loss?
