“I believe this is acceptable.”
Never change, Plasmo

Fun fact with the F13: Junker proposed a closed cockpit in the initial design but the test pilots declined. They thought they could not "feel" and fly the aircraft in a closed environement. It was the last of its kind, modernism took over 😁😁

Love your work, David! Your recreation of the leather seats was spot on! I will say, however, that engines do not leak fuel. Or, if they do, they don't do it for very long. I'm a 50 year aircraft mechanic, so I know what I'm saying about this. Oil, yes. Dirt, yes. Spilled Mil-L-5606 hydraulic fluid, yes. But, fuel, no. As soon as a fuel leak is discovered, all the fuel is cleaned out. We HAVE TO. Even the fumes can combust and are very irritating to pilots and passengers, alike. Just a little aviation fact for you. This is an amazing build, and I am always extremely impressed with your work.

I love this plane. The 1920s-30s small aircraft are truly beautiful

Plasmo is one of those channels where I hit Like before I've even watched, because I am a man of faith.

Watching this while drinking an aviation cocktail in a local bar. Now I can feel the 1930's vibes! Crazy good work as always!

Reading the comments, I feel like I am part of a much bigger community which feels the way I feel, and get relief from Plasmo the same way I do! Hello Fellow Modellers!

One of the lovely things that every time I look forward to hearing is “Hello, fellow modellers”

I always feel at that moment I am really, a fellow modeller

Thank you

You are a master in your art. It's so nice to see you back, making us all envious!

This model kit is brilliant, but the build is even more brilliant!

Next time you mask something like this, spray a layer of the base color (in this case yellow) after masking to fill any areas where it may bleed through. Once it dries, spray your desired color over the top, once you remove the masking tape your lines will be super sharp.

There are many amazing scale modelling channels on YT, but every time Plasmo uploads it's something special. I enjoy these like a rarer, fine wine

I built the 1:72 Revell F13 seaplane kit in my teens and loved that kit, so seeing your fabulous model in 1:48 brought back some nice nostalgia.    The colour scheme is brilliant.

LOL i just finished school for the christmas holidays, then get greeted with a PLASMO vid, absolutely GOATED

A little trick, if you'll allow me. To mask lines, once the masks are in place, before painting, apply a layer of matte varnish. That way, if something gets through the masks, it's just the varnish and you can't see it. Then, you apply the paint on top and you'll have perfect lines.

Plasmo is an international treasure and must be protected.

I was expecting a 4 story building restoration at this point, but this is pretty good too

Only you could build a civilian aircraft and make me instantly want to buy the kit. Outstanding as always, thank you 👌

Thank you for uploading right when my day gets bad
