I was NOT READY for a sudden Shanks and Whitebeard encounter WHAT THE HECK!! 😭

I always find it funny how Shanks just shows up every 100 episodes at best, says something like “The world is about to change” then disappears again for God knows how long, and yet somehow everyone still loves him

"So you finally found a tree to call home?", because she's a robin. Get it? 😅

Shanks shows up ---> says some cryptic shit ----> refuses to elaborate ----> disappears for 100 episodes

The classic

"No one is born into this world to be alone!" is one of my favourite quotes from One Piece. I love Robins backstory so much!

Love how Oda is able to write a scene where both Shanks and Whitebeard both feel like insurmountable legends. Like neither one feels like they've surpassed the other.

FYI: Haki was first mentioned by Blackbeard in episode 151, but it was translated to "Ambitious Spirit" in subtitles

I think most people miss the implication of Shanks saying, basically, that Blackbeard didn't get lucky or anything when he gave Shanks that scar. Shanks is saying that Blackbeard was already strong enough to get a solid hit off on Shanks back then and was just laying low pretending to be some mid-level crewman.

the robin and aokiji talk was one of the best moments of the aftermath of this all. robin found her home and family, aokiji is flexible on the law and made peace knowing saul's sacrifice wasn't in vain letting her live.

I love how each episode is healing her😭😭

The sky splitting when they clash is one of my favorite moments in one piece

"Is that his aura???" Oh you have nooooo idea 🤣

Haki was mentioned one time before, by Blackbeard in Jaya.
But it was mistranslated to "Ambition"

Those moments are honestly the things I live for in One Piece.
The buildup of lore for a massive battle -> Emotional ending -> Catching up with our purpose as a crew.

Absolute PEAK.

"Ohara still lives on" such an underrated quote

the Aokiji/Robin scene always makes me emotional, she finally found those friends, the one ready to stay by her side through anything 🥹 this whole backstory is just so beautiful
