We build my dream home in The Sims 4, based off a real home!
Find other inspiring homes at Zillow.com: http://www.inflcr.co/SH3OC #ZillowPartner
Thank you to Zillow for sponsoring this video.
Unfortunately I had to edit out most of the reference images to this home including the floorplan due to ownership/copyright reasons.

My favorite thing to do in quarantine is getting drunk on cheap wine and look at houses I can’t afford

Talking about how she'd want split levels knowing that it's coming because she's building for Snowy Escape 😏

"I really hope the sims makes split levelling"
Present day EA: Oh. don't worry.

I laughed when she mentioned listing prices from high to low. Like the internet version of “motherlode”.

2:05 "I really hope that the sims creates split levelling in the game"
Less than 2 weeks later: shows off builds she made that are in the new expansion, which introduces split living through platforms
James: We've been working on these lots since August

Deligracy talking about split-levelling like she didn't know what was happening behind closed doors!

hey deli!
a video recommendation: please please try building an Indian middle class home or apartment by going through the inspo you get from google, etc! trust me it’s going to be really funny and surprising for a westerner like you! stay safe and take care! You’re the best Deli❤️

“Utility rooms” are kind of a regional thing, houses that have unfinished basements don’t usually have them because all the utilities are just in the basement, but houses in areas where basements are not common are more likely to have a utility room, it’s for water heaters, boilers, furnaces, electric boxes, pipe clean outs, HVAC panels, etc and often laundry is tucked in there too. A lot of time laundry rooms and utility rooms are combined. In a fancier newer house you might have both separate though.
