Oh, Ohsin, I can relate on the perfectionist front. I like to share my gameplay on tumblr but lately I haven't been sharing anything cause I'm stuck in this, it's gotta be perfect mindset that I haven't moved past setting up the save I've been so excited about sharing. It's a frustrating battle, but I'm sure I'll find a way to move through it. It's helpful to know even a creator like yourself can get caught up in that perfectionist mindset. 💙

it is VITAL that you turn off neighborhood stories lmao. I left it on unchecked for so long and all the townies were having multiple babies with multiple other people! Its a MESS rn but this video has inspired me to fix that all up haha.

Your gameplay inspired me to shrink my CC folder (not drastically, but you have to start somewhere, and I went from 11 GB to 6 GB) and create a new save, which is a mix of a blended and toxic family😁. Mandy and Jared became teenage parents. They first moved in with Mandy's mother, but Connie got fed up with Jared's laziness and kicked them out. Now they rent a house in Willow Creek. Mandy always wanted to be famous and rich, but was too lazy to achieve anything on her own. Jared, on the other hand, is an irresponsible party animal and gambler, so they stick together even though they constantly argue and have children they don't want😅. Mandy had an affair with her boss, the store owner, so our youngest child isn't even Jared's. Now she has a new lover, a man involved in shady dealings, with whom she ran away to Del Sol Valley.  Jared is even more useless, and this whole mess now falls on the head of my teenage daughter, Laura, who has made it her mission to save money so that when she turns 18, she can take her three siblings out of the house and raise them to be good people💪❤.

Thank you! I'm planning to start a new save file and have my sim have as much fun as possible. I've been having them work hard at farming and eco lifestyle and now I want them to relax, party, do some sports, etc.
