一部屋目…クローゼット少ないのは気になりますが、なかなか良いですね❤❤❤
ただバルコニー干せると言っても低すぎるのでせいぜいタオルくらいだと思うんで、乾かす専用にコインランドリー行った方が良さそうですね。
３つめの部屋もシューズボックスとトイレの棚がないのが少し残念ではありますが、やはりトイレと風呂場が別々なのはありがたいですね❤

For both properties, I prefer the 2nd apartments shown at each. The 2nd apartment on the first property was perfect, but for the stairs at the entrance. But with the way the space is laid out and how well it flows otherwise, I'd be willing to work with it. I do also like that the stairs have hand rails, and I also like that the stairs are actually practical, if only a little steep. Still, it's better than dealing with one of those little ladders. I loved the bathroom and the sauna! That would be amazing to have in my own apartment! I also like that the toilet, washing machine and bathroom are all in one room. I hate when things are all separated and far apart. If I had to pick from all four of these apartments, this one would be my first choice hands down. I also liked the look of the building as well as the somewhat old charm to this apartment. First time I've seen an older apartment that I'd be willing to live in. The price is also not bad and even with common area fees, keeps me well below personal budget.

The second apartment on the second property is also nice. It's similar to the first apartment on that same property, but the storage space is a lot better, and I also like that you can add more hooks to the washer space for even more storage. I like that there are 2 closets with actual usable racks. The closet in the first apartment on this same property was a complete joke with that tiny little rack in the upper corner. Hated it. The window that peeks into the shower from the living area is fun; if you were in the middle of showering, the window would get foggy anyway, so even if a guest or someone tried to look through, they wouldn't get to see anything. But maybe this was considered for if someone lived there and had a small child they wanted to keep an eye on while in the bath to make sure they don't drown. Shoe space was very minimal, but could always add a standalone shoe rack or box if you have more shoes, or store them in one of the closets that are available. I'd probably just put my "everyday" and work shoes in that cubbie and then put the rest in the closet until I'm ready to wear them and just whip them out when needed and carry them to the entrance to put them on. This apartment would be my second choice if the first one I mentioned weren't available.

Third choice, I guess if I had to pick, I'd go with the first apartment on the first property. I didn't like that the kitchen was in the downstairs space, and I didn't like that the downstairs space overall seemed larger than the actual living/sleeping space. I also dislike that if you were having a guest over, your bedroom is the first thing they'd be greeted by, and they'd have to walk through your room to get to the downstairs area.

Last choice would be first apartment on second property. It was actually not bad until the closet space was shown. That huge slant in the ceiling (probably to accommodate stairs to another apartment) really upset me. They might as well not even put a rack in there lol what was even the point of that? That PMO lol. The rest of the apartment was otherwise workable, and the price point was decent. I think the prices for all of the apartments are really good. Also, I do like that it was in Ota-ku, as that is where I rented an apartment when I stayed in Tokyo previously. So the area is very familiar, and I like familiar things and places. I found Ota to be great, because it was away from the city center and it was nice to be able to retreat away from all the hustle and bustle after a long day or night out. Some peace and quiet.

Anyway I enjoyed this video and decided to bookmark it. The second apartment on the first property really stood out in this video. Thanks for sharing!
