If your struggling to super chill when breathing up.  Close your eyes,  work your way through your body top to toe making sure there is no tension anywhere.  Even the grip on your gun needs to be light.  You will recognise a point when your body feels ready for sleep allmost.  Eyes shut helps loads.  I once got out shot by my dive buddy spearing the smalls reef in the Irish Sea.  His recoveries were consistently longer and better.  Need to find away to ditch all of that excitement and be completely mind empty.  Timing dive times and recoveries can help too.
No prizes for cutting a recovery short.

Quick comment, you need to start looking in to some rash vests and rash shirts for your gear. Basic ST branding and I think they’d be super popular…something like the Nashie they do in Aus.
